While kids from k-12 are allowed to play, there’s also a VIP league in Ladera Ranch through AYSO. In the VIP league, children with disabilities can get out on the field and play soccer like everyone else.
Ladera Ranch NJB | Basketball
Basketball is a very team-oriented sport. It takes a team to win a basketball game, and with Ladera Ranch NJB, kids learn how to be team players. Even further than the game, NJB aims to teach children about health, character, and more.

Ladera Ranch Little League | Baseball
Another American game is baseball. Baseball has an interesting history; your child can learn all about it in the Ladera Ranch Little League. This non-profit organization strives to create a safe and joy-filled environment for children ages 4-18.
Ladera Ranch Little League is a chapter of Little League International Inc. Every year, over 1,000 children participate in Ladera Little League; this year, your child can be one of them.
Ladera Ranch LFL | Football
Football is an American classic and one of the best Ladera Ranch sports for kids. Every Sunday, families nationwide spend the day watching football or playing football themselves. In Ladera Ranch, the league to join for youth football is the LFL.
Ladera Football League was started in 2006 and has been going strong ever since. The LFL is a flag football league, making sure that kids’ injuries are as low as they can be within the league. Currently, the LFL only accepts children grades k-8 from different communities in Orange County.
The main community is Ladera Ranch but others like Las Flores, Coto de Caza, Dove Canyon, Trabuco Canyon and more. This league is a non-profit league and is held together by the donations of the communities they serve.
Gator Swim Club
Swimming is one of the best ways to get active in Southern California, and Gators Swim Club makes it competitive. While competition is the goal, other aspects of this club make it worth signing up. Gator Swim Club teaches children healthy habits and provides confidence and self-control.
All members of the Gators Swim Club will be expected to maintain certain aspects of the team both in and out of the water. Things like respect, sportsmanship, trying their hardest, and more are just some traits expected and taught to the team members.
