Pretend City | Irvine
Pretend City is a children’s museum in Irvine California. During St Patrick’s Day, the museum encourages families to learn about the Irish culture. The Irish are properly represented at Pretend City through art, music, stories, and more. The event starts at 11 am on March 17th and the last event starts at 2:30 pm.

Music, art, stories, and dance are all great ways to experience the Irish culture but not the only ones. The cuisine is a great way to experience a different culture. On St. Patrick’s Day, you can taste the luck of the Irish with dishes to bring home like Slow cooked Irish Corned beef, Artisan Soda Bread, and more.

Patsy’s Irish Pub | Laguna Niguel
Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day has become a pub tradition and no pub is more Irish in Orange County than Patsy’s. Opening hours will adjust for the holiday to allow for ample celebrations. At Patsy’s, you will have the chance to try great beer alongside Irish whiskey and a sea of green.
There will also be live music, dancing, and a DJ. Celebrate the Irish at the original Patsy’s Irish Pub in Laguna Niguel.
Huntington Beach St Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl | Huntington Beach
It is no secret that St Patricks Day in Orange County and just about anywhere has a boozy element. Huntington Beach knows that very well and so do the organizers of this pub crawl. In fact, they call this pub crawl the biggest in all of Huntington Beach.
The crawl starts at Fred’s Mexican Cafe where you will get drink tickets, shot vouchers, and a map of all of the pubs and bars that are participating. Each venue will have special drinks as well as free necklaces, and complimentary entry into after-parties.
Tickets range in price from $14-$24 and can be found on Eventbrite.
St. Patrick’s Day Hilltop Luncheon | Tanka Farms Irvine
This event does not take place on St. Patrick’s Day. Instead, this event is scheduled for the Saturday after, March 19th from 10 AM until 2 PM. This is also one of the St Patricks Day in Orange County events for families with kids.
First, you will ride a tractor-pulled wagon up to the hilltop venue for a buffet-style lunch. The lunch includes Irish classics like corned beef, bangers & mash, colcannon, cabbage, and so much more. Tickets are $59 for people 13+, $39 for people 4-12 years old, and children 3 and under are free.
There will also be games and other outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy.
